Cool Idea

My toddler wanted to be a lightning storm for Halloween and this cloud made his costume possible. I didn't really use the instructions, but it wasn't hard to figure out and fit my needs. I sewed the lights onto his shirt and then hot-glued the cloud on top. I also added a lightning bolt made of neon light wire and shaped a tornado from the cloud material. It was a total hit! He LOVED it and so did everybody we met. Best Halloween costume ever!
